While we actually haven't had our wedding yet, I feel compelled to leave a review now because our experience with Lustre has been SO great. In the midst of the pandemic that has thrown all our plans awry, Melissa and Morgan have been relentlessly positive, helpful and accommodating. We've had very little stress about all this due to the simple assurance we have that Lustre is going to take care of things. If there's a litmus test for wedding planners, it's doing so during a worldwide pandemic. Lustre has passed with flying colours, and we couldn't be happier that we went with them. Recommend 100

After a two-year engagement we had a great wedding planned for 120 guests, then COVID hit. My fiance and I were committed to our original October wedding date, but understood we couldn't host the party we originally planned. We planned a wedding in Toronto from halfway across the world, so I knew it was especially important to have planners we trusted. Still, I was surprised at how immediately genuine Melissa and Morgan came across: I met them over Skype and didn't need to interview anyone else. We chose the partial package, but if you want a truly stress-free and hands-off experience (and if your budget allows for it), I'd recommend the full package.
