They had some shipping issues as per Fraser Valley flooding but as soon as the product arrived they called and came the next day and finished the installation of our patio roof and it looks fantastic. Thanks to the 3 men who worked outside in the cold and finished it before Christmas...awesome service

In a winter Covid moment, dreaming of summer time on the deck, I put out 3 "feelers" on Awning websites. Only one called me - Pacific. The salesman came over in a day or two, brought fabric books, explained the product and made the sale. A week sooner than expected, the awning arrived and the installers attached it to our house. Top notch product, top notch customer service.

Three large awnings required restitching of all seams. Was very pleased with the quality of work. Ben & and his associate were courteous and went about the task of dismounting and remounting the awning fabrics with efficiency and care. They are to be recognized for their professionalism.
