Stew and his team helped us set up our corporation and it was easy, low stress and much less of a big deal than I thought it would be. The firm was founded in 1981 with Stewart Thomson being one of the original partners. A subsequent merger in 1982 with Charles Haskett QC and Mitchell Wolfe helped the firm establish history dating back to 1938 when Mr. Haskett started practicing. Mr. Haskett retired in 1990. Tom Delorey joined the firm in 1984 as an associate and became a partner in 1987.
