BE CAREFUL
We had appointments last fall approx. early November 2020 and my wife was told she should get a field test. She was then charged EXTRA on our eye exam for the service at that time. We do not have insurance to cover any of these cost. The appointment was then Late May 2021. Then once my wife arrived to a darkened office the exam was performed by the person that answers the phone and had no idea what anything meant. We receive no followup results. We can't help thinking this is a bit of a scam, and while we waited for the appointment they had our money for months. The Individual
