I had been a patient for a few years but didn't go in as regularly as they would've liked. I had a dental emergency and was in an extreme amount of pain (percocets weren't even helping) so I called them for an appointment. I was told it would be 2 weeks. When I reiterated that it was an emergency I was told (in a condescending tone) that I didn't come in often enough to be given an emergency appointment. LUCKILY, I had a cut that got infected and needed antibiotics, that lessened the pain of my tooth so I could manage the 2 week wait.

Happy with the hygienist I see and everyone is always nice and polite but always issues with scheduling. Every time my appointments come around, they ask me to reschedule it. Im flexible so not usually an issue but it happens every time and sometimes, like this past appointment, they made 2 changes, both date and time. But the part that annoys me the most, is often the time change is requesting if I can come in earlier. I agree but then sit in the waiting room until almost the original time of my appointment. Why ask me to come in 20 minutes early to just have me sit in the waiting room for

Today I had a cleaning done by Leanne and she was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about teeth and the best ways to take care of them. I felt completely comfortable with her and I would definitely recommend Avenue Dental, I have been a patient for years and they are amazing.
Edit to add: The cleaning was a few months ago, I saw dr Spolia today and she is a wonderful dentist. I enjoyed my appointment
