Grant Robertson started Legacy Homes back in 1991. A graduate in 1974 from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Commerce, with majors in both Finance and Marketing, led Grant to secure employment with Cairns Homes, the largest home builder and land developer at that time. By 1976, Grant took over Cairns housing operations in the Saskatoon area.

Preliminary drawings begin once a lot is chosen, and deposit placed. The initial floorplan is developed through consultation with the client, Legacy and the designer. Once presented the initial plan undergoes further modification until it fully satisfies the clients needs. We are now ready to proceed to pricing.
