Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services focus on one-on-one treatment using advanced manual therapy, evidence-based rehabilitation, and exercise prescription. We address musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery, emphasizing patient education and injury prevention. With specialized expertise in spinal injuries, sports rehabilitation, and neurological conditions, our therapists develop personalized plans to restore mobility and independence.
Massage Therapy
Registered massage therapy targets soft tissue dysfunction through techniques like Swedish massage, hydrotherapy, and remedial exercise. It alleviates pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, and sports injuries while improving circulation and reducing stress. Our RMTs integrate treatment with rehabilitation programs for conditions like TMJ pain, sciatica, and post-mastectomy recovery.
Concussion Management
Specialized concussion rehabilitation includes balance training, symptom management, and gradual return-to-activity protocols. Our therapists address headaches, dizziness, and cognitive challenges using evidence-based strategies tailored to individual recovery needs. Treatment incorporates vestibular therapy and coordination with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture and dry needling services target pain relief and muscle tension through precise needle insertion. These techniques complement physiotherapy by addressing trigger points, reducing inflammation, and promoting healing. Our therapists use acupuncture as part of multimodal treatment plans for chronic pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery.
Neurological Rehab
Neurological rehabilitation addresses conditions like stroke, brain injuries, and post-COVID effects through mobility training and functional exercises. Our team employs evidence-based approaches to improve coordination, strength, and daily living skills. Programs integrate balance therapy, gait training, and community reintegration strategies for optimal recovery.

I hurt myself at work and I used Highland physio to help fix my injury. The physiotherapist that helped me was Adam. Not only did Adam help me resolve all of the pain, he explained to me what likely was happening and how I could fix it. Within a few short months I was feeling 100%! The staff at highland physio are supportive and very helpful. I was extremely happy with my physio therapists Dan Zervos. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in assisting me in recovering from a severed quadricep muscle. My surgeon was also pleased with my progress and recovery which can be accredited to Dan.
