More than twenty seven years ago, Jill Mercer started a catering company with a simple vision: To provide our customers with fresh, innovative, and affordable catered cuisine. Fast forward to 2018, and Mercer's Catering has grown from a one woman operation doing a couple of events per day to one of Edmonton's premier caterers with 50+ full and part time staff doing over 4,000 events annually.
