I placed 2 orders Dec 9 and have repeatedly called, emailed and texted to find out the shipping status. No one has responded at all. I'm very concerned. They've billed me but no response at all.

I found Winterbourne Alpaca at the Bryant Park Christmas Fair in NYC and have fallen in love with their products- beautiful, soft, warm scarves, hats and mittens in an array of gorgeous colors. I have purchased something for almost every adult on my Christmas list and would highly recommend them!
