Vet was rude. Confirmed an appointment with them sent medical records. Talked to receptionist a couple time as to what was to be done. The vet called and cancelled it as I was driving to appointment and was rude. Follow up - St. Paul Vet called me to ask about my experience... when I started to explain my experience the woman said "she found it hard to believe" and "sometimes I need to put myself in someone else's shoes". Why on earth they would follow up with me to NOT listen to my experience is beyond me?! This really points to a company that is not interested in improving their customers experience
