I wish i would able to give them zero. Not Professional at all. Ved Kaler such a lier person i have ever met. I used to work with and was happy when i was hired by them, he said me to help me in my paperwork of getting PR. He wasted my 5 months and it was very easy for him to lay me off in just a moment. I dont recommend any students or those who are on work permit to work there.

I purchased furniture from Rove Concepts a few months ago and this was their third-party delivery company. There appears to be lack of communication and coordination between dispatch and warehouse, and it is very hard to get a hold of anyone. They promised and missed 3 delivery dates without prior notice or care to the customers time. This issue was only rectified once I made a complaint to Rove Concepts, who intervened and ensured my product was delivered on the 4th attempt. I will never deal with any company that uses VK for their deliveries again.

I had VK Delivery arrange a delivery to my townhouse in May 2021 for some garage cabinets. The day before the delivery, they called and asked if a time of 11am - 2pm the next day worked. I said yes, and their driver arrived around 12:30pm. Driver was very professional, wore a mask, and unloaded my items with care. Very friendly, excellent service.
