The appointment staff was polite and courteous. The nurses were prompt and great in doing the tests before the optometrist. And Dr, Schmidt is sincere, freindly, respectful, and knows what he has been doing for years. The location is great, with free parking, in the Market Mall Professional Building. Warm, welcoming atomosphere inside. Clean, comfortable seating area with a fairly new TV. And after eye exam, we walked to the Market Mall, Safeway light grocery shopping and the SportCheck dumbell refunding. Taking care of three things in one trip. Saving gas and time. Saved money also on two pairs

I have been going here since I was a kid, and though Ive loved how friendly the optometrist is, last time I went I was completely ripped off. I will not be returning. I was charged $100 over any regular eye exam Ive heard of. I was not discussed or made aware of any extra charges at any point during my experience, including before, despite it being policy. The receipt said I had some camera take a picture of my eye, which cost an extra $70. Again, at no point was I consulted or asked if this was ok. The other extra charge unknown to me, was $30 for a contact consultation I did not
