For the hours of Zentai's other practitioners, please go to their profile page or contact them directly. While we prefer to see our patients in person - especially for the initial visit - we understand that sometimes that is not possible. We have quite a few patients who live outside the GTA, have young children, are care-givers to disabled or elderly persons, or otherwise have mobility challenges.

We are a registered provider with Telus Health, which means that we can process your health claim immediately with participating insurance companies. In order for us to process your claim, please come prepared with your Plan ID and Member ID.
Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth is a system of healthcare that uses telecommunications via phone or video calls. During a telehealth appointment, our licensed naturopathic doctor, Dr. Makoto Trotter, ND, will consult with you to assess and optimize your health at a distance. Our naturopathic doctor uses naturopathic methods to guide you in addressing your health concerns.
