I have called maybe 5+ times over the course of 2-3 weeks trying to get a hold of Mr. Scarfone. I understand that right now might be a difficult time, but none of my "messages" ever came back. I never got called back for leaving my name and number. How can I evaluate a service when I cannot even REACH the service?

Mr. Scarfone and Tracey both went above and beyond in assisting my wife and I with our immigration matter. They both were very knowledgable, honest, and very quick to respond with requests and updates.
Mr. Scarfone was able to easily lay out the Sponsorship process to my wife and I and clear up the confusion that is easily caused when reading the IRCC's information on their website. I would highly recommend him, especially to Detroit-Windsor couples and spouses who are looking to complete the immigration process.
