After they did not call me back I got Reputable mechanical firm to fix my heat pump that was installed by Action heat pump, And it looks like Action heat pump did not install it correctly in the first place . I would not get Action Heat Pump to put a fan in an outhouse, they don't return calls no customer service

Beau at Action Heat Pump Services installed my Goodman Amana Heat pump two years ago and I would never go back to my old electric furnace. Besides knocking my heating bill in half during the winter we get air conditioning in the summer as a bonus. Keep up the great work, highly recommended!
