Natural Swimming Pools
We design and install chemical-free natural swimming pools that integrate with the surrounding landscape. Our pools use biological filtration systems and aquatic plants to maintain water quality. Since 2013, we've showcased this European concept at our Ayr headquarters, offering homeowners a sustainable alternative to traditional pools that blends seamlessly with natural environments.
Landscape Design
Our team creates customized landscape designs tailored to each property's unique characteristics. We combine formal education in horticulture with practical experience to develop spaces that balance aesthetics and functionality. From Japanese-themed gardens to English-style landscapes, we focus on using native plants and sustainable materials to create enduring outdoor environments that reflect client preferences.
Water Features
We specialize in designing and constructing custom water features including koi ponds, waterfalls, and natural streams. Our expertise extends to both installation and ongoing maintenance of these ecosystems. By incorporating natural elements and biological filtration systems, we create tranquil water features that enhance outdoor spaces while supporting local biodiversity through sustainable practices.
Garden Maintenance
Our maintenance services focus on sustainable practices using battery-powered equipment and manual tools. We offer seasonal care programs that emphasize ecological balance through proper plant selection and soil management. Our team of certified horticulturalists ensures gardens thrive while minimizing environmental impact through organic approaches to pest control and plant health management.
Outdoor Living Spaces
We transform backyards into functional outdoor living areas featuring custom patios, fire features, and outdoor kitchens. Our designs incorporate premium materials like natural stone and reclaimed wood to create durable, aesthetically pleasing spaces. Each project integrates water features and native plantings to create cohesive environments that extend living areas into nature while maintaining ecological balance.

We couldn't be happier with the pond Quiet Nature built for us. Each person on the team seemed to take true pride in ownership of the final product and it shows in the results. It was a pleasure to have the guys around on site and they were all very responsive in addressing questions as they came up. Derek went above and beyond to ensure a smooth shut down for the first winter. Can't wait to skate! 100% recommend Quiet Nature.

Derek and the Quiet Nature team recently built our natural swimming pond at our cabin and we can't say enough how happy we are with how it turned out. It is stunning to look at, fits in beautifully with the natural surroundings and we had a blast swimming in it! The attention to detail and care that the team put in to the design of the pond, the waterfall was exceptional. Our expectations were exceeded.

We live in a protected area of the Niagara Escarpment and Credit Valley so one would think you couldn't improve on the natural beauty by which we're surrounded. Quiet Nature built a natural swimming pool on our property which ties in seamlessly with the natural environment. The project was only made better by the incredible crew who were professional, thoughtful and a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend Quiet Nature for any landscaping project.

We had Nash, Zöe, and Carly at our place to do a complete overhaul of our front yard. I’m done with grass, and I wanted something to look at to make me happy. It couldn’t have turned out better.
I’ll be happy to have you back to take care of the backyard when I’m ready. Thanks very much!
