Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal injuries and mobility limitations through comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans. We combine manual therapy techniques with therapeutic exercises to restore function and prevent future injuries. Patients receive education about their condition and participate in active recovery programs designed to meet individual goals.
Dry Needling
This treatment involves inserting fine needles into specific muscle trigger points to alleviate pain and improve circulation. Our certified practitioners use sterile needles to target myofascial pain patterns, helping patients achieve better range of motion and reduced discomfort. The technique complements other rehabilitation strategies for enhanced recovery outcomes.
Massage Therapy
Registered massage therapists provide targeted soft tissue treatments for injury recovery and stress reduction. Sessions focus on improving circulation, releasing muscle tension, and enhancing overall wellness. We coordinate massage therapy with physiotherapy programs to optimize healing and functional improvement.
Pelvic Health
Specialized pelvic floor therapy addresses conditions affecting the pelvic region through internal and external assessment techniques. Treatment programs target musculoskeletal dysfunction contributing to pain or mobility issues. Our approach combines manual therapy with exercise prescription to restore normal pelvic function and improve quality of life.
Sports Injury Rehab
Athletes receive sport-specific rehabilitation programs to safely return to competition. Our approach combines injury assessment, strength training, and functional movement retraining. We develop customized recovery plans that address both immediate injuries and underlying biomechanical factors to prevent reoccurrence and enhance athletic performance.
