Sewer Scope

Using specialized camera equipment, we perform complete sewer line inspections from house connection to city main. Our NASSCO-certified technicians identify issues like root intrusion, pipe cracks, and blockages. Each inspection includes a USB drive with video documentation for permanent record keeping.

Thermal Imaging

How much does a home inspection cost?

Our complete home inspections start at $500, with pricing based on home size. Mold testing adds $320 and sewer scopes add $220 to any inspection.

When will I receive the inspection report?

You'll receive your full-color PDF report with photos the same day via email. Mold testing results take 3 business days, while comprehensive IAQ assessments require 8-10 business days.

Should I attend the inspection?

We recommend attending to ask questions during or after the inspection. However, we understand scheduling challenges and provide detailed reports for remote clients.

How long does an inspection take?

Standard home inspections take 2-3 hours. Larger homes or properties with air quality testing may require additional time, with thermal imaging adding approximately 30 minutes.

What areas do you service?

We serve all Calgary quadrants plus surrounding communities including Airdrie, Okotoks, Canmore, High River, and Strathmore within a 100km radius of Calgary.

Do new homes require inspections?

I am a first-time home buyer and I enlisted Nu Level Inspections for my residential inspection. Scheduling my inspection was easy and done online with rapid availability. Jeff was awesome to work with! He arrived early, and was professional, thorough, and informative. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Jeff answered them all with honesty and kindness. I was impressed by the ease and convenience of the online booking system, and how we were able to schedule an inspection with such short notice (and on a Saturday, no less!)

WE had Jeff inspect our apartment we were purchasing. The only fault he found was the bathroom fan not working. Since moving in we found out the kitchen drain was broken allowing water to leak when water was run into the sink. We had a plumber come in and fix it promptly. WE also found out there are issues with the washer and dryer. Nothing in the report about them. Looks like we will be calling in a repair person for these soon. Hope we do not find anything else.

This was my first home inspection but Im very happy with my report. There are pics pointing out the exact areas that require attention alongside pics of what it ideally should look like. Because of this, I know I can explain exactly what it is I need fixed and how, and even to know if its done correctly. I also appreciated the reminders to change batteries, how often to change filters, and when to expect to replace the water heater. As Im a first time homebuyer, I find that super helpful. I was present during the inspection and Jeff was happy to answer my questions as he worked. Highly
