Mindful Moments offers several program options to meet the needs of working parents and stay at home parents. We offer programs for children ages 19m - 12 years. If you are looking for a preschool or child care for your child, we offer full day and half day options.
If you are looking for full time child care while you work, consider our full day preschool which runs five days per week from 7:00am - 5:30pm (2, 3 or 5 days per week). For parents with children in elementary school, we've got you covered too! We offer programming for Kindergarten children and older children can join us before and after school as well on PD days and during school breaks.

At Mindful Moments, we are passionate about play based education and believe in the importance of quality early childhood learning experiences. Vanessa discovered at a young age that she was passionate about working with children. Back in 2001, this dream came to life and Vanessa began her career developing young minds. Over the years she has worked in daycares, preschool programs and out of school centres both as a teacher and an Executive Director.
