All clients start by participating in a thorough assessment completed by a Registered Physiotherapist. Ritch graduated from the Human Kinetics program at the University of Windsor in 1986. After 5 years in the field of ergonomics and rehabilitation, he co-founded Proactive Ergonomic Concepts Inc. As a consultant, he has had the opportunity to provide disability management services to over 80 companies in Southwestern Ontario.
