Founder
Marcel Cuelenaere Kendall Katzman established the firm in 1952 after a distinguished RCAF career. A decorated WWII pilot with two Distinguished Flying Crosses, he became Queen's Counsel in 1970 and served two terms as Saskatchewan Bar Association president before retiring in 1987.

I have had the pleasure of working directly with both Randy, Jamie and Stephanie on a Real Estate Acquisition during Covid.
Randy was kind enough to meet me in Prince Albert at the site of the acquisition so he could see the property first hand and to get a better understanding of any potential areas of concern. He went so far as to visit a number of the tenants to see their operations and to ask questions about the viability during covid.

When I first met with Derek he was lively, friendly and seemed confident in my case. He even chuckled and said, Im quite sure Ill be able to get [your ex] to sign away his parental rights,. As time went on and it was clear a trial was proceeding, he changed his tone entirely. I was given very muddled advice on what he thought the outcome would be, never a straight answer, but he suggested I would lose primary custody and significant time with my son, to whom I have been the primary care giver and has sole custody of for 4 years.
