Dr Karen McDonald just saw me last minute notice when my temporary cap for my tooth fell off last night. She saw me on a Saturday morning because she happened to there interviewing candidates for employment. she answered and had me come in for 10 minute fix that really was amazing. Thanks Dr, and wanted to say your practice is always friendly and amazing.

Covid compliant. Friendly and professional staff. Received the most comprehensive dental exam I've ever had - even my blood pressure was taken! Very clean office and rooms with up to date technology. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of this dental clinic.

My dentist is excellent and all the hygienists that I've had working on me are professional thorough yet gentle at the same time. The office is exceptionally clean and modern. The dental rooms themselves are very safe with many precautions taken because of covid.

I have a lot of anxiety issues, especially about going to the dentist. Dr Karen MacDonald has been my dentist for over two decades and I can not imagine a better experience. All her hygienists are exceptional and excellent at listening to concerns of patients. Theyve made my dental appointments comfortable and calming. My children are also patients. Highly recommend. Extremely clean and covid cautious as well.

Wonderful experience every time I go to Preston Dental Centre. Dr. Bain is very thorough and very diligent about explaining every part of the process. She is very deft and all procedures Ive had thus far have entailed the absolute minimum in discomfort. Jen (hygienist) is my absolute favourite!! She does an incredible job and my dental health has improved leaps and bounds since working with her. Highly highly recommend both practitioners!!

Wonderful staff and very helpful. I recently changed dentist and found Dr. Jennifer Bayne that worked on a bridge for my front teeth. What a great job she and her Assistant performed. Very detail oriented and meticulous. I'm very happy I found a professional dental office
