I believe that most of the staff that do hair are not adequately trained. It is very frightening when you spend 100s of dollars to have extremely fried hair because the hair specialist used bleach and toner, no proper conditioning and no added color. This is the place to go if you wish to come out looking like Carrot Top, a burned scalp and hair falling out. The owners are extremely rude and do not value their customers at all. If you do wish to have a psychic reading (or not) this is the place to go and be rest assured, you will not be relaxed whatsoever.
