Robert Marano, co-founder of Dolci-Piu and accomplished pastry chef, comes from a long line of bakers. Together with his wife Patrizia Sanalitro, he decided to change the way a typical pastry shop is run. In addition to serving delicious pastries, Dolci Piu runs a bistro-caf. The bakery also offers catering services, meals-to-go, coffee, gelato and much much more.
