Terrible customer service and grossly overcharging (to the point of scamming) their customers. The 2 hours I spent on the phone finding better pharmacies was well worth the $265 I ended up saving.
Marchase Pharmacy wasted 2 days of my time and hours of their staffs time arguing that they couldnt bill my $300 prescription directly to insurance despite me personally calling my insurance company to confirm that it was covered. The secretary escalated my problem to the manager, who never called me back until I transferred my $300 prescription to a pharmacy 20 minutes away because they absolutely

Marchese always either "forgets" or "delays" my step father's medications that he requires to LIVE. He has diabetes and cirrhosis and they always forget his products or choose not to deliver them literally putting his life on the line. They are horrendous to work with.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. They have a wide selection of medical supplies both online and in-store. Marchese is an active supporter of Hamilton's community shelters often donating supplies to organizations at risk of a virus outbreak. Truly inspiring.

I was originally impressed when speaking to a pharmacist about my compound prescription who was very helpful and informative. After considering cost and insurance coverage, I dropped the prescription off with Marchese the next day. A different pharmacist from the day before told me that, after verifying the dosage with the doctor, it would be 3 to 5 days before it would be ready and that they would contact me about the cost (as it had to be paid for in advance). That was 2 weeks ago. I called them today about this and was offered no explanation or apology for the lack of communication or the fact

Rip offs. Quoted me for $232 for eye drops and advised me to replace it every month to later realize that they only cost $55 a bottle that would last for 2 months! Never going there again.
