After a long career as a Medical Cytotechnologist, Shelley got certified as a Personal Trainer in 2009 to indulge her passion for fitness and helping others. Over time, her focus has changed from training younger clients, interested mainly in aesthetics, to training middle-aged and mature clients who are more concerned with improving their "do-ability" or function in everyday tasks or recreational activities.
Small Group Personal Training

Because you hate to be lost in the crowd and feel anonymous or 'like a number'. We offer 30 minute sessions for Foundations, Beginner and general Small Group and cap them at 6 participants, maximum. Higher level HIIT and Bootcamp sessions are capped at 8 and 10, respectively. You'll get individual attention and our trainers can modify exercises for any limitations you may have.
Private Personal Training

Our trainers will develop an exercise plan customized to your needs and goals. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle or train for an epic trip of a lifetime, we can help you get there! Discuss past injuries, body limitations, and any health history pertinent to your training program. Grow relationships with each client so that they feel supported, motivated and held accountable.
Other Sessions and Courses
Report
Periodically throughout the year, we offer gentle yoga, independent workshops on MELT (Myofascial Energetic Length Technique), and other subjects. These courses are provided at an additional cost as they are separate from our regular small group training (although some are FREE) and are available with or without a studio membership.
