It all began as the Vania Restaurant, formerly know as Tower Lunch. It was a small restaurant with just 75 seats, including a coffee shop and dining room where people came to satisfy late-night ice cream cravings. Eager to put a unique spin on the family restaurant, pizza and homemade Flavour Crisp chicken was introduced.
