At Dynamic Martial Arts we study a varied style of martial arts. This style includes Karate (Shotokan), Kung fu (Hung-Gar, Preying Mantis and Shaolin), and aspects of Judo and Ju Jitsu. We also have a Tai Chi class every weekend in which we teach the Yang style, Wu style, and weapons forms.
Members are welcome to train as many days a week as they like and the instructors are kind, courteous, and respectful. The atmosphere at Dynamic Martial Arts is very positive for men, women and children and promotes the highest levels of learning.
