Delivery of a very large bouquet was done on short notice. The flowers were gorgeous, an extra balloon was included and the price was reasonable. Delivery was not quite as early in day as agreed upon time but overall the person who received the flowers was incredibly happy and that's all the matters! I would order again over the phone from this flower shop as an out of town customer!

Really easy process and beautiful flowers! I am from LA and wanted to send flowers to family in Oshawa. I called Karen's and was able to order a flower arrangement by phone available for delivery the next day. Had no issues with payment either. Thank you Karen's!

Great flowers and service. Ordered flowers for delivery from their online website. The flowers were delivered the same day and they looked great. I called to make an adjustment to the card's message and the florist who answered my call easily found my order and modified the message in the card. They called the recipient prior to delivery and then delivered the package shortly after. I'm giving 4 stars only because of the price was rather high.

We called in our order and let them know we wanted to spend $45 on a bouquet what a disappointment 4 roses and 3 daisies. Rest was filled with green leaves. Thank you for sending an embarrassing arrangement to my mother for Mother's Day.
