If you are NATIVE DO NOT GO HERE. They will NOT accept NHIB, require you to pay up front and NHIB reimbursed you because NHIB doesnt pay enough and their fees are 10 years behind. Extremely dissatisfied. Will be removing myself and my spouse from this clinic.

I had an emergency appointment 1.5 years ago and after that I decided to stay with the clinic. Everyone (from the reception ladies to the hygienists and dentists) are exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. I appreciate detailed explanations, quotes and options for future, not once I felt pressured into doing something I did not anticipate or felt uncomfortable.

I have always had great service there but today was amazing. My 1 & 1/2 year old had a horrible broken tooth injury couldn't eat or drink. They answered the phone 10 minutes before they even opened. They got me and appointment to see a dentist very quickly. Dr Violet was fantastic. The dental staff went all hands on deck to get an X-ray of my uncooperative toddler. A special thanks to the ladies at the front desk who went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my son an appointment with a specialist who could take care of him. Thank you so much!!!!!!
