I ordered something several weeks ago, never received it. I need a part for one of my devices that required fixing, this issue was very time contingent, the delays experienced have caused many issues, and a lot of stress. Do not use this company.

Worst delivery service ever. Delivery date came and went with no package. No explanation from customer service. Tracking rarely updates either. I have no idea why a large company like Shoppers Drug Mart uses a company like this.

Terrible experience with this company, which was supposed to deliver and install a washer and dryer from Costco. On the deliver day, they unboxed the washer and dryer outside in the pouring rain and carried them through the rain uncovered. They claimed that they could not install the washer because the washer hoses were too short, saying we needed a 3-4 foot hose. This was a blatant lie: after they left, we looked at the existing hose and it was 5 feet long and we were able to install it ourselves.

If there is zero star. i will give it to them. The worst delivery company i have ever encounter. There is no customer service. When i select a 5 to 9 pm deliver window. They deliver at 11:30 PM and the following day at 6:30 am. Their customer service straight up said they attempted to deliver but i was not available. Who is available at that time frame. Now the same day turned to a 4 day wait. Not even sure if i will get my package. Stay away from this company
