Had sent in a credit application for terms, they sent the invoice to the wrong email address and we were left waiting to pay for items. No one told us they were ready or we needed to pay still. Also, they did not let us know they were stripping the existing layer of powder coat, charged me to strip it down (which they did not need to do). Communication seems off... Quality isn't not the greatest.

Very professional and responsive. Needed to have sandblasting and powder-coating done of A/C grills for the house and I was given a good step a by step approach and pricing was reasonable. In know that they do car rims and industrial components so recommended.
