I made a call for a quote on Wednesday. I was told I would receive a call back. I didnt receive a call back. After 2 days (Friday) I called again for a quote. I was passed on to someone. I explained what I was looking for and was told "we are not painting filing cabinets at this time" with no apologies. I was caught off guard and paused for a moment and the gentlemen continued with "ok?" and then rush me off the phone. This is a very poor first impression for a potential customer. I'am not at all impressed with their customer service /sales approach. I can't rate them on the quality of their work

Theiner Painters and his crew are the best in town and have reasonable rates!! They
are reliable, thorough, clean up after themselves and are generally a happy, yet hard-working team. 5 stars for sure!!!

I've worked with Eric for several years now on different projects, and I have recommended him to several of my friends and family for both residential and commercial work (he's particularly good when you need someone to paint/repaint a small or mid-sized office quickly and with the minimum lost productivity for your employees). I've also had the opportunity to see some of the really high-end work he does with architects - it's beautiful!
Overall, a painting contractor you can trust, who has a large enough team to manage almost any job.
