Nice people for the most part, absolutely horrendous in terms of customer service. Long time customer since my parents got me auto insurance for my first car. Flawless record until I got in a fender bender on icy winter roads (50% liability), somehow increased my premium by 300%+. But the worst part - My mother had to remove my father from her auto insurance after their ugly divorce, and they FORCED her to meet IN PERSON with my abusive father so they could sign him off of her policy. He threatened and verbally abused her during this meeting. This could have easily been avoided, so this firm is

Insurance broker, great service and friendly staff. These guys have been around a long time, they know their stuff. The only issue is the parking. Would recommend if you need insurance.

The broker I was dealing with was absolutely unpleasant with me, like if she didnt want to help me. But thanks to her I called an other broker and I finally found something 1000$ cheaper with The Personnal.
