I recently started to take my dog to Cheltenham. Luckily I got to meet Dr Kupers again. Very friendly and helpful. We talked about my dog's needs and worked out a maintenance plan to keep her happy and healthy. Happy with the cost factor too. Would definitely recommend them .

Took my dog to them since day 1 and some how I have an unpaid bill that I dont know of. Now my dog is in serious need of a doctor and they refuse to take him.. I cant find anyone else since it is holiday season .. They wont even let me pay the bill, I guess money is just what they care about
If management reads this, Id appreciate if you guys can sort this mess out and take my dog for a visit .. I am ready to clear whatever bill I have pending. How would we leave the clinic without paying..?

I thought I've written a review before. This clinic is great. I think they're reasonably priced and you don't have to sell your soul to afford here! I never once felt like they were taking advantage of me. I always recommend here when one of my friends is looking for a vet. Unfortunately I'm no longer in the area and their services will be missed.
