Good place to stay. Very clean. I stay in hotels when travelling for work so only downfall here are no microwaves in room. There is one available in the lobby.

I have been working in Cape Breton in the Port Hood area for 8 weeks now and stay here. Excellent staff, nice clean rooms very quiet stay. They have a pool and gym and a great restaurant. Food is excellent good size portions at a fair price..wings are great and the waitresses are fantastic. Highly recommend if your staying overnight in this area

We arrived around 10 pm on our check in date and we booked 3 rooms for 10 people more than 1.5 months ago however upon arrival front desk said they had no booking under our names and the hotel was at full capacity. We booked through expedia. They said since it was done through expedia somehow it didn't get updated in their internal system. We had to wait 1.5hr until they were able to find us another hotel ONLY after one of us actually found the hotel and provided the name to make the relocation. There was NO manager on duty to help us and find a solution much quicker. It was a terrible experience

Very bad customer service, manager was irresponsive upon complaining, and providing no help or compensation for our inconveniences (wrong room given.) To top it all off, very weird smells in the corridors, and uncomfortable beds. I would recommend against staying here.

Rooms were spacious and clean. I had a room on the highway side, avoid these rooms when booking due to heavy truck noise. Nice restaurant downstairs. I would recommend this place.
