I chopped off my pony tail when I was upset about my hair and went in for a fix. I saw Keith. He understood and we compared photos of what could work. Extremely knowledgeable about hair and different hair types which meant a lot to me. Usually people see that my hair is naturally curly and they just want to chop layers and layers in to accentuate the curls. I feel like my hair needs were understood by Keith. got my hair cut and walked away unsure as I always do after a haircut and put on my baseball cap. I've been going to Roots for years. James is my go-to man. He's given me multiple exceptional styles and cuts. He's a great conversationalist and takes his time. I've never felt rushed and always get a hug. :) A good hairstylist is definitely worth the cost.

Great salon. Friendly, professional front staff. My stylist, Stephanie, was great. She gave me a great cut and colour (knows how to cut curly hair! Bonus!) And gotta say the massage chair was great! I will definitely go back!
