I wrote an email to their general inquiry line to request help with a trip but received no response. I inquired again through email 2 weeks later making the same general inquiry. I received an auto generated email that said inquiries take 48 hours to get to (understandable). Over 1 week later I received and email back saying:
'Hello,
Thank you for your e-mail. You asked about airfare. We are not able to assist with airline travel. We only offer timeshare resort reservations.'
That's it, no follow up as to how they might be able to assist me with my trip. My original inquiry was fairly open
