We use UPS and Fedex for our shipping. If you are outside of our free shipping area you will be contacted in order to make arrangements. Daily production cut off is 11:00 am. Orders placed after this time will still have the artwork checked the same day, but will generally be put into production on the next business day.

Why make payment before uploading files? We do this for your online security purposes only. We also review all orders and if there are ever an issues, we will either try to fix it ourselves or let you know what needs to be done. If for any reason the issue cannot be corrected, then we can offer you design services to re-create what you need or we can offer a full refund.
