North York Doctors is the Family Physician office of Drs. Ricciuti, Doucet and Ash. We are proud members of the North York Family Health Team and are affiliated with the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. All of our doctors are active staff at one of the best hospitals in the city, North York General Hospital.

Family Health Team

As members of the North York Family Health Team, we work closely with our allied health team of nurses, pharmacists, social workers and dieticians. We are happy to connect you with the right team member to take advantage of our programs such as smoking cessation, cognitive behavioural therapy for anxiety, depression or insomnia, diabetes education, weight management, and heart health.
After Hours Care

If you have a medical concern at any time while the office is closed please call the Telephone Health Advisory Service Nurse at 1-866-553-7205. We do have an evening and weekend after hours clinic that is available to our patients for urgent medical concerns. It is staffed by Family Physicians from the North York Family Health Team.
Non-OHIP Fees
Report
The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) pays for medically necessary services provided to patients seen in the office. You may require some services that are not insured by OHIP - these are considered Uninsured Services. Patients have the choice to pay for uninsured services individually or, as preferred by many patients, sign up for our annual block fee.

Patients have the choice to pay for uninsured services individually or, as preferred by many patients, sign up for our Annual Block Fee. Details on non-insured services can be found here. Note that individual invoices can be waived if you sign up for the annual block fee instead. Patients can also pay for the Annual Block Fee in our office by cheque, cash, credit, debit, or by phone with credit card.
