Services
Registered Physiotherapy
Our registered physiotherapists provide comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related injuries. Using evidence-based techniques like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and pain control modalities, we help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional independence. Treatments are tailored to individual needs, focusing on long-term recovery and prevention of future injuries.
Concussion Management
Specialized concussion management includes ImPACT testing, balance assessments, and visual coordination screening to develop targeted recovery plans. Our trained providers use progressive rehabilitation strategies to address symptoms like dizziness, headaches, and cognitive difficulties, ensuring safe return-to-activity protocols for athletes and accident victims while prioritizing neurological health.
Custom Orthotics
Custom orthotics are precision-engineered shoe inserts designed to correct biomechanical imbalances and alleviate foot, ankle, and lower limb pain. Our practitioners conduct gait analysis and foot assessments to create tailored solutions that improve posture, enhance athletic performance, and provide long-term relief for conditions like plantar fasciitis and flat feet.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation targets dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders through specialized exercises and manual techniques. Our therapists use positional testing and balance training to improve inner ear function, reduce fall risks, and restore confidence in daily activities for patients experiencing chronic vestibular dysfunction.
Homecare Physiotherapy
Homecare physiotherapy brings expert treatment directly to patients unable to visit clinics. Our therapists provide mobility assistance, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic condition management in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring continuity of care for individuals with limited accessibility or transportation challenges.

Kim and her team are wonderful!! I am recovering from a knee replacement and they have been great with encouragement and support. Kim, Leah, Kendra and Liz were the four I interacted with mostly, but it is a bright cheerful atmosphere of caring people. They are amazing in my opinion. Very satisfied with the team at Total Balance, a full year of treatments from Chiro / Osteo would not address a nagging shoulder situation. Andrew and his team steered me correctly and I'm back in shape. Highly recommended !

I first went to Kim in 2003. I was in pain and could not move my neck. I had a pinched nerve which also affected my arm. She was gentle and very calming. I spent about an hour and a half the first time and was out of pain for the first time in years. She used heat and a tens machine. I saw her 3 times the first week then 2 times the second week and once in the 3rd week. I go back to see her when it flares. I would highly recommend them.
