Chinese Mandarin Virtual Yoga

Focusing on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to your body, each posture may be held for up to 5 breaths. Emphasis is on core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and breath control. TRX Suspension Training harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you exercise. That's all you need - the TRX suspension system and your own body. No additional weights required. Although we are all unique, we each fill our lives with a mix of physical activities that require specific training.
