Very poor service very unprofessional I order wahl machine I wait whole week just to gets order confirmation then 1 more week for Holliday's still didnt receive it then I call them they said oh its backorder for the guideline of the clipper will receive it tomorrow and will shipped out all together so after 3 days all i received its guideline not the wahl clipper when I call the customer service they said the machine is backorder will receive it in few days .. I'm professional barber i have all the guidelines for the clippers if I don't have clipper what I'm gonna do with guidelines and comb?
