When Gilbert Carnell, a wheelwright and carriage builder, opened a carriage factory on the corner of Duckworth and Cochrane Streets in St. John's in 1780, little did he know that he was establish. It was during Andrew G. Carnell's time, that the company became directly involved in undertaking and embalming.

We are so very blessed to have known such an incredible woman She was the strongest, kindest, most loving, and faithful person we know. She mothered everyone, so much so that friends would often call her "mom". Predeceased by daughters Donna and Catherine (David Power), sisters Julie, Caroline, and Jemima and brothers Albert, Freeman, Ferdinand and Andrew.

These services entail the repatriation of human remains all over the world. It can involve cremation or the reparation, dressing, placement of remains in a hermetic sealer, casketing and arranging the shipment of these remains to the deceased's country of origin. In the past we have shipped to Germany, Greece, Ukraine, Portugal, Philippines, US, etc. and other parts of Canada.
