Yaletown Wellness is excited to announce our new streamlined touchless payment system which allows you to pay in a contact-free way. If you wish to pay be debit card we'd be happy to help help you at the front reception desk upon arrival to the clinic. You'll need to provide a credit card number, expiration date, CVC number, and address associated with the credit card.

Yaletown Wellness is a registered ICBC provider and participates in the auto injury program. Clients who have been in an accident are automatically pre-approved for treatments within the first 12 weeks after the accident. We bill ICBC directly. If its been more than 12 weeks ICBC may require a doctor's referral notes but often treatment options are approved.

Yaletown Wellness is pleased to offer Direct Billing to selected insurance companies. Once you provide us with your extended benefits insurance information, we can submit your treatment costs for direct reimbursement, saving you time, and reducing your out of pocket expenses. With direct billing, your insurance provider will provide the exact amount that your benefits plan will pay and any amounts remaining you are responsible for.
