Hall Printing has a long and rich history of providing print to the communities of the West Kootenay. Hall Printing was founded in 1920 and has made many transformations in equipment and staff in the 100 years of print. We have some cases of letterpress type next to a windmill letterpress which is still used for numbering, scoring and perforating.

In Nelson, our Roland VersaCAMM VS-540 inkjet printer & die cutter features eight colours to give you premium colour results.

Laser Engraving
Report
We use a Universal Laser System with a maximum engraving area of 1224 inches. As opposed to rotary engraving, in which the material is physically engraved into, a laser engraver makes use of mirrors and CO2 lasers to remove the top surface of the material down to a specified depth. A wide variety of materials can be engraved, however be sure to contact us if you have a specific material in mind.
