Questions
What services require advance booking?
Couples massages and facials must be booked via phone. All other services allow online reservations with real-time availability updates.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for individual appointments, 48 hours for packages, and 7 days for group bookings of 4+ people.
Are gift cards redeemable online?
Gift cards cannot be loaded onto Mindbody accounts but are redeemable in-person at Pure Spa and Spa at Dalvay locations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit payments, and our exclusive gift cards for all services and retail products.
Do you offer parking assistance?
While we don't validate parking, we provide detailed local parking information including nearby paid lots and street regulations.

Booked an appointment a week ahead of time for a child's birthday party. Two days before no record of my booking and had to cancel the party. Even worse this was a rebooking of the party as the first had to be cancelled due to a medical emergency. Staff had no answer for why. And did not help. I will not go here again or recommend.

I had to cancel my appointment (looking to rebook) because the late 715 PM appointment couldnt work for me. I've had a few services through pure spa, and I LOVED it. Recommended to all my friends. However, today my opinion has changed. The lady on the phone didn't even ask me to rebook and interrupted me before I was able to tell her I need a different day to tell me there will be $50 charge for cancelling in under 24 hours. I was floored. I asked if she was being serious and she simply responded with "yup, its policy". As much as I love this place, I will not be returning. Customer service today

Lovely, clean spa by the harbourfront in Charlottetown. Friendly, professional, and excellent RMTs. A great experience was had at our couple's massage and for a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone and go back if/when we return to Ch'town!

The spa I keep coming back to. I've had lash extensions, shellac manis and pedis, facials, massages and I have the best time every time. They also use the most amazing products that have helped my skin tremendously. It is such a relaxing atmosphere and the staff treat their clients like royalty. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to treat themselves.

It was a nice atmosphere, but $130 for a pedicure and shellac fingernails is way too much. I had requested a pedicure and manicure, but decided I just wanted shellac polish on my fingernails. The girl told me it would be a similar price to the express manicure, but I guess not and I didn't receive anything special--just simply my fingernails painted--no soaking, sugar scrub, etc. Not a manicure. I won't be back, which is disappointing....

Beautiful location. Beautiful facilities. I was having somewhat stressful time and these ladies took excellent care of me with a wonderful massage and spa experience ( and I'm a tough judge of spas). Even though I was a first time visitor and may not ever back since I'm from another province dad away, they treated me like a valued customer and friend. Thank you so much. (Ps my masseuse was Angelie and i'd totally recommend her!)
