Ive started coming here for massages and every single visit has been 5 stars! They are so organized and professional from the time I walk in the door until I walk out the door. The massages are such great quality that I cant go anywhere else now! I know everytime I come, im going to have exceptional service! All of the staff are doing such a great job! Thank you for always providing such a consistent experience!

Since I recently moved to Edmonton, I was looking for a new massage therapist. Crystal was everything and more. Not only did she provide a relaxed atmosphere, but she went above and beyond. Her treatment helped relieve stress on the muscles and she used her experience to help stretch those areas out as well. I highly recommend UR for all your self care needs!

I had the most wonderful pedicure with Kara! So relaxing and wonderful. Fantastic friendly staff. They offer coffee,tea & even ice water with lemon! Beautiful gel colors to choose from. I will definitely be back as I already booked my next appointment 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thank you!

Urban Retreat is a hidden gem and I'm not sure how because it's incredible! The staff are so welcoming and make you feel at home. The space is beautiful and they carry alot of great products. Best massage and brow tint/wax in Edmonton.
