TrueSelf Psychology
You are meant to be happy. It may not always seem that way, but if this weren't true, suffering wouldn't hurt as much. When you think about it, aren't we always looking for ways to be happy? To end the suffering? To come back to feeling good in our own skin? Living your best life happens when you are centered with who you are - where all of your personal power resides.

But so many walk around in split energy, meaning uncentered and disconnected from who they are, leading to experiencing a slew of disempowering emotions. At the TrueSelf Psychology Centre, we offer a new approach to emotional wellness for individuals, couples and families seeking to live a centered, fruitful and enjoyable life - one where they feel good within, and show up whole to engage meaningfully with the people around them.

Who Are We
Report
That's because the loop between your thinking and feeling is recreating the very problem you want to get rid of. It may seem you have a lot of issues to resolve but truthfully, your quality of life is affected by a small number of thinking patterns and/or pain bodies (pain stuck in the body) that create the majority of your life's pain and dissatisfactions.
Couples Therapy
Report
To be in a healthy couple, you and your partner must first care for yourselves so you can then each show up in your relationship as an emotionally balanced and ready person. The better you individually focus on your own personal alignment and emotional health, the stronger the connection will be. Second, to build a strong foundation that will last, you and your partner need to know the rules of love.
Depression
Report
Our therapists at Montreal TrueSelf Psychology can help you resolve those negative feelings and regain your alignment to once again feel good about being who you are. One of the worst emotions that drag you down is depression, which not only makes you feel bad about yourself, but interferes with your thought process, your daily interactions, and interrupts your flow of life.
Self-Esteem
Report
After struggling with self-doubt, insecurities, and depression for several years, a client once asked me, "How can I have higher self-esteem?" Self-esteem is defined by 'how much I like me?' But to like yourself, you have to know yourself. Socrates said, "Know Thyself." We say, "Know thy TrueSelf" - because when you stop putting yourself down, you actually discover how amazing you truly are.
Anxiety
Report
Anxiety is a difficult emotion to bear. It's mind crippling, can drag you down, and hold you back from pursuing a life you desire. There are two voices inside of you, not just one: your conscious and subconscious (conditioned) mind. When these two voices don't get along, you live in a state of disharmony - you feel torn apart and experience many painful emotions, one being anxiety.
