The proprietor is friendly, but more important, capable. He appears to love a challenge. They sell quality merchandise, but appear to be transitioning from a locksmith to a security systems business.

Customer Service is completely awful. Trying to sort out a bill for 9 months, but no one will return my calls. Often have to return 2 or 3 times to fix problems, often replacing parts unnecessarily, charging for every time they come in even though the problem isn't fixed.
